All bags are interfaced on the outside and inside for extra stiffness. I do not recommend
any of the bags be machine washed even though some customers have told me their bag
washed well. For an extra $10 per bag any item can be monogrammed with one or three
initials.
Our turn around time is 2-3 weeks after payment has been received. If you need your item
sooner than 2-3 weeks, then rush service is available for an additional $15.
Holiday rush delivery may not be possible.
Shipping
There is an $8 shipping fee for all purchases.
An additional fee will be charged for large shipments
Return Policy
Non Monogrammed items can be exchanged for a credit within
thirty days of purchase.
Monogrammed items are not returnable
